A Hotel Management Diploma Holder, Amit began his career in the summer of the year 2000 at the Taj Hotels in Colaba, one of the most renowned names to be associated with. Shuffling from one kitchen to another, he sought inspiration from the numerous culinary stalwarts around him in search of good recipes and ever lasting flavors.Mumbai born and bred, Chef Amit Puri, now a renowned F&B consultant, a Cookbook author and the Co-founder of award winning The Blue Tiffin and Wicked Wraps, has always believed that “A great dish lies in its honesty and genuineness.”
In 2016 Amit resigned from a cushioned position of Vice President at a F&B Company in Mumbai, India and decided to take a new career path as a consultant. Living over 20 years in this industry, he has worked in capacities both big and small and has been associated with over 50 F&B Brands, national and international combined, which helped him to gain vast insights and improve his technique as the years went by. Witnessing techniques both old and new, he has developed his own versatile style of cooking using traditional recipes as guidelines and adding his own unique twist to it. By merging cuisines, he has developed the ability to create everlasting flavors and thereby create unforgettable memories.
Chef Amit Puri believes that he has one vision in life, and that is to create long lingering flavors. He wants to ensure that every time someone eats a meal, they are left with a new dining experience and a new desire. He has confidence in the future and ensures that he constantly raises the bar for himself.
Chef Prabjyot Kaur, Executive Chef & Stylist (Conceptualization, Lead and Execution)
Chef Prabjyot Kaur is an experienced chef and food stylist who has been in the industry for a decade.In her current role as Executive Chef, she is responsible for developing new concepts for upcoming restaurants, cafes, bars, breweries, bistros and cloud kitchens. She firmly believes that in today’s times, the heart and soul of an upcoming restaurant lies in its concept, which eventually becomes the foundation and backbone of any Brand. A Diploma Holder in Hotel Management, now a senior chef in the organization, Prabjyot works closely alongside Chef Puri and is responsible for curating new menus, designing kitchens, training the F&B staff and deciding what cutlery and crockery would suit the theme of the restaurant best, which also happens to be her most favorite part of any new project.
While herways are inclined towards a modern and contemporary style of cooking, her love for regional Indian cuisine would always be on priority. Prabjyot also feels that she is most comfortable in the kitchen when she is modernizing popular Indian dish and creating new experiences by adding relevant elements and textures to popular and well known flavours.

Heeta Parikh is a seasoned professional in the field of brand management and public relations. As part of In.Si.Vi.A. Hospitality, she will lead the brand's marketing and communications efforts. Heeta is equipped with rich experience in spearheading marketing and brand management activities for companies, in scaling up their presence strategically across India and overseas. With over 10 years of experience, Heeta's robust network within the media fraternity has helped her scale up the organic reach for clients in sectors including hospitality, healthcare, wellness, travel, processed foods, and food service. Heeta dons an illustrious career and has served notable brands in the hospitality and FMCG industries including Al Habtoor City Hotel Collection Dubai, le Meridien Nagpur, The Ambassador Hotel Mumbai, MyProtein, Asahi Kasei, and the launch of local restaurants.
During her initial career years, Heeta has worked for companies like MTV and Big FM 92.7. She completed her Master's in Marketing in the year 2008 and holds a Bachelor's in Commerce from HR College of Commerce & Economics.
